Promote and spread the arts and crafts of Odemira is the aim of CACO, contributing to the dignification of artisans and handicraft activities, providing knowledge and dissemination of handicrafts and local heritage.
This partnership with Rota Vicentina comes naturally with the interconnection of cultural tourism programs complementary to the walks and activities of the region, always based on local endogenous resources.
At the moment CACO is developing the project CRIAR - Network Center for the Innovation of the Regional Handicraft and they offer tourist tours based on real experiences in the scope of the traditional arts and crafts.
There are several cultural programs specially designed for the visitor to know the whole region between Santiago do Cacém and Sagres, with paths through landscapes, villages and private environments.
